The HILAS Foundation™ is established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring, supporting, and advancing the spirit of Heroic Integrity, Legacy, and Altruistic Service embodied by first responders, veterans, educators, and civic leaders across the nation. The Foundation stands as a living tribute to those whose devotion to family, community, and country defines the highest ideals of humanity. Its mission is to turn remembrance into action—preserving values of courage, compassion, and service through education, relief, and leadership.

In Memoriam

He rendered honorable service to his country—a testament to his unwavering commitment to family and community. Having achieved the distinction of Marine Corps Rifle Expert-for superior accuracy and technical proficiency, he served with the 3rd Force Service Support Group (3rd FSSG), Okinawa Japan, earning a (LA) Letter of Appreciation, (MT) Meritorious Mast, (CC) Certificate of Commendation, and (GC) Good Conduct Medal during his campaign.
